Description

Here it is: my entry for :icondswalton: "GOTTA DRAW 'EM ALL" project! I'm so happy I was given an opportunity for a Johto Pokémon, since it's my favourite region!
Also, I LOVE Forretress, and I wanted to portray it using a move... Initially I was going to go with Explosion, but I thought it'd been lame, so I went with the mighty Zap Cannon, a Gen II move, no less!
